II. Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you, or a third party named by you, take possession of the goods.

III. Return Policy

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notified us of the cancellation. Items must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs and labelling are at your charge. You are responsible for ensuring the safety of the goods during the return process and transportation.

Damaged or incomplete items will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. Custom-made, second hand and vintage items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

IV. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
